It all looked promising as I was preparing the kebabs. Good to go… The Adana kebab held together quite well. Thanks to @[email protected] for the link to this video. The other one was broadly inspired by a sheek kebab recipe and that went South rather quick. It was heading for the coals almost faster than I could rescue bits of it. Tray to the rescue
