So apparently Chelsea fucked FFP under Abramovich and are being fined like, 10 mil. what a surprise.
It makes no sense. “Look at these people they spent too much money and made the game less competitive. Let’s ask them to pay a tiny fraction of what they spent as a punishment. That’ll teach them.”
FFP is so toothless unless it's going against some smaller team
