The takeaway from all this should be "they were correct about these things." Instead, it seems to be "being wrong makes us look ridiculous," and there anon's thinking stops.
Which is an interesting window into their worldview: the worst thing in the world is not severe injustice and immorality from those who claim to be just and moral, the worst thing in the world is...looking stupid.
The takeaway from this is how easily people are duped by trolls.
conservatives don't care about truth and justice.
they care about looking strong and see the 'preservation' of old ways as 'strength'. hence their obsession with pure ethno states.
whereas any expert will tell you the biggest strength of american culture is our diversity, which is how we are so innovative.
