Assuming you're still a citizen of your birth country, just go back there.
US citizenship technically requires you to "give up allegiance to any other nation or sovereign", but it's not a legal thing, you're still a citizen of your birth country unless it revokes your citizenship upon getting another or you submit paperwork officially renouncing it.

I'm pretty sure it's the same as someone who was born here. You might have to give up one of your citizenships if you have two though?
