You’re not convicted of civil actions. He is liable. It’s not a criminal offense. Have you ever had a parking ticket or a speeding ticket? Does that make you a criminal ? The answer is no. Those are both civil infractions. It isn’t word play. You’re just using the words incorrectly.

Right. We should use words correctly. Trump is a fraudster who obtained millions of dollars through false statements and false documents but not a criminal since the fraud he committed wasn't criminal fraud. Much better. Just like a parking ticket even.
