There's that cancelled Scalebound game, there was Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts ages ago, Sea of Thieves was pretty rough in its first months after release, pulling the plug on older Forza games. Not as bad as EA, that's for sure, but they're not a "good-ish" example either.

Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts was great tho, I think the biggest problem there was just branding.
