I don't think anyone knows at this point. I hope so, and its not donation only. If there are open signups at first I'll make a follow up post.

I also saw people on reddit-logo thinking it might mean they are going back to an onion site/tor only, but that seems like biaoqing-copium

If you go to their FAQ they have a tor web address listed. Maybe the nerds on reddit-logo are right?
