How to post

Upload an image in the Image field, or link to an image in the URL field.
Linking external galleries (e.g. imgur or pixelfed albums) are fine too. - Additional images:
In the post editor, press the image icon to upload images. Drag-drop and copy-paste image data from clipboard works too.
Otherwise, normal image markdown formatting () works just as well. - Formatting:
To center or right align images in the post body, put them in a table, e.g.:

- Filling the alt-text and providing extra information (where/when/who/equipment) is appreciated.

The "floating bookstore" was scheduled to visit George Town from 31 July to 27 August.
As of now, all remaining slots to board the ship is full. I managed to get one after being told that they extended her stay from 13 August previously.

I've been meaning to set up PotW as a thing for this community, but I got distracted, and the low traffic isn't helping. It's a chicken and egg problem. But now it has been directly suggested to me so I gotta make it happen.
Every Monday, the top post from the "top week" list will be selected as the week's PotW. It would be featured in the top of the sidebar.
