I'm looking for a base layer that helps keep me warm when the weather is cool, but helps to keep me cool while it is warm. The only thing is that I am not at all knowledgeable about what all is available. Also, I'm really wanting more of a long-john style base layer that is all one piece.

One of the few places in Germany where you are allowed to camp with a tent. A beautiful place in the Pfalz mountains, near a castle ruin and a small village that doesn’t even have a supermarket!

Should be some snow capped volcanos there somewhere....

Having spent the last couple of days in the nature reserve of Glaskogen I know I'll miss it. Sweden's national parks are gorgeous!
