It’s hard to put into words how excellent this man and his band are as artists. The dude comes on stage without saying a word and literally rocks your socks off for 3 hours straight. Non stop, one song after the other. He might stop to tell a story and introduce the band but that’s about it. It’s an eclectic marathon of awesome songs that are played so unbelievably well you don’t even realize the set is 3 hours. If he’s playing anywhere near you for the remainder of his tour, he is an absolute must see. Especially if you’re into jam bands.

What prompted this idea is last night I was at the gym listening to some 2000s rock and punk music, and a song by The Pretty Reckless came on. I was vaguely aware of them, but had never listened to them. I decided to listen to a full album of theirs, so I put on “Going To Hell (Deluxe Edition),” and WOW! What a great album! I’ll definitely listen to listen of their stuff. So in this vain, who’d you “discover” long after they were at their height of popularity?

I tagged it for discussing, but that's only because I couldn't pick disgusting. There are parts of me that are happy some of the real vile stuff from the old days has been nixed. My heart still aches, though - what have we become?
