by putting the drill bits into their plastic box with flutes down, you can get them out without slicing your fingers the next time round.

I live in a lofted studio with the loft being my main bedroom. I have ac but it doesn’t seem to reach the loft well; it’s always a lot hotter up there and my trusty box fan recently broke. Any ideas on how to keep it cool/keep the air flowing up there without the fan?

I found out that the silicone cases themselves stay clear and there's just a layer of dirt on top, and that it's hard to get off. To make this hack easier, put a piece of norm al tape onto a brand new case. After it gets yellow, peel the tape off, and there's gonna be a spot where it's clear. Take a butterknife and gloves, and have a table too because it's about to get messy. Use the butterknife to scrape out the yellow, and onto a paper towel. After that's finished, wash the case and clean up the mess. Apply another piece of tape onto the clean case, and there you go!

So I make around $450 on interest every month with my ing maximiser and last month(July) I didn’t realise I didn’t make it to 5 transactions. So end of month this month (august) I won’t get my bonus interest and that sucks. I’m already good for September as I’ve met all conditions this month but is there a way to get interest end of august? Can I make a new maximiser and move the money there and make some interest? Or will that make me lose my September interest?

Put some coarse sea salt in it, then pour some rubbing alcohol on top, then shake vigorously until your bong sparkles as new. Doesn’t take long. Nothing new here for most seasoned bong users of course, but I still see people struggling with pipe cleaners and buying expensive bong cleaning solutions etc.

I live in a condo and have a wall vent for the AC return. The duct is in the laundry room and runs behind the water heater/washer/dryer so I don't think I can do anything about the duct work. Is there anything I can do about this? Is there a special filter or.... anything?

I think we should eradicate gas stations and create our own storage rooms, where there is a big barrel that contains gas and you can refill it after 30 days, because the general way is too expensive reason being that you could pay higher gas fees depending on where you go and which place you are at ,at the moment so looking for a place with cheap gas is time consuming and exhausting.

I bought a razor that came in a plastic contraption. Does the contraption serve a purpose? Is there a way to mount it easily? If they came with an adhesive that would be one thing but the only thing that makes sense is unstably hanging it somewhere. Something seems off about why this exists at all from a packaging side unless it has a functional component.

So never seen this before but I had just made a thick mix with peanut butter and I’ve had trouble cleaning my blender before. So, an idea popped into head. I did a quick rinse with hot water then filled it up with dish soap and hot water and blended that! Poured it out and one rinse and it was sparkling clean in a minute of work. Hooray!

And now they’re absolutely fucked. I thought they’d come out sparkly & shiny but something has changed the base colour so they’re not even silver now just a dull grey! They look awful, and aren’t cheap, how can I restore them to their shiny aluminium state??

Is there a hack to prevent a bathroom mirror from steaming up when taking a shower? I always leave the bathroom fan on when taking a shower but the mirror always steams up. The only thing that works is leaving the door open. Is there something you can put on the mirror that will prevent it from steaming up??

I'm renting the place and not looking for a permanent solution, like installing a Cornice Board. Is there any hack for this? Don't mind if doesn't look pretty.

I have a white satin tuxedo vest that I need to put stripes on to make it look like the vest worn by Dennis Deyoung of STYX from the 1981 Paradise Theatre tour. He wore a white vest with two differnt shades of gold striping. Wondering if sewing thin satin ribbon or fabric paint or fabric marker or whatever else would be better than the other. I'm worried about bleeding edges with paint or marker. If anyone has experience with anything like this please ley me know how I can best tackle this task. Image attatched...
