I wanna hear about your homebrew projects.

I'm not doing anything to wild but I've got a Munich lager and another Munich lager that are finishing off.

I wanna do another Munich lager, what do you think?

I am curious if letting the mash sit overnight to convert split your brew day up enough to make it worth while.

I haven't used this strains yet but I have played around with NA homebrews.

Obviously your OG is going to be closer to your FG.

You'll still want to pasteurize the wort.

Stop me if you've heard this one.

Making a cold brew hop tea the night before brewday and adding that in with the pitch.

I like this idea way more than dry hopping.

I've been using this jar of frozen citra hops for like 3 years now.

Homebrewers can calm down about vacuum packing every little thing. #allgrain #homebrew
