So.. tripwire mines confirmed. What's your dumbest plan on how to use them?

Is it just me or do the matching times really suck? 4am and i've been searching for 21min and counting. I actually wish they could change it so we could host our own PvE servers or run it locally to have instant queue times. I've got a nice 24 core rack server with 384gb of ram just waiting for Tarkov...

As someone who owns the cheapest version of the game witch was still 60 USD I believe and was told be friends that EOD edition was not pay to win but pay for convince this is disgusting.

Seems like they boosted the EXP gain across the board since yesterday--I'm getting up to 11k EXP on a win, and 6-7K EXP on a loss. For both those numbers I did pretty well, but I looked at the breakdown, even matches I lost with poor combat performance, I was getting a 5500 EXP for the match, which is 2k ± up from the old numbers. Makes T3-4 preset grinding a little more palatable, but the later presets will still take forever.

Haven't seen an announcement or patch notes on this, so it might be one of those lever-tweaking things they do server-side.

• Fixed the ability to inspect and modify unexamined armor lying on the ground.

• Removed the display of integrated armor component prices on the trading screen.

• Fixed the incorrect behavior of Rogues when defending the water treatment plant buildings on Lighthouse.

• Reduced the loudness of footsteps on snow.

• Fixed the inability to complete some quest conditions.

• Fixed an issue that caused infinite loading into a raid when playing as Scav in some situations.

• Fixed visual effects of bloom and sun glare on all locations.

• Interchange color correction is now closer to other locations.

• Fixed the lack of fog in optical sights in some situations.

• Fixed the inability to pick up some items, including quest items.

• Fixed the ability to pass through solid obstacles in some situations.

• Fixed the ability to transfer items displayed in the Hall of Fame for quests.

• Fixed the Airdrop loot appearing as not Found in Raid.

• Increased spawn points for Scavs on the Ground Zero location.

I'd love to start playing EFT but I'm also frugal when it comes to purchasing, how often is there a sale and what is the expected sale price?

Hello, as per title I'm trying to play EFT through Lutris. I used the installer on the website and everything seem to be working (launcher starts and game launches) but I can't join raids. Tried three times a scav raid but I always get disconnected when it's actually time to join.

Anyone knows what could the problem be?

edit: nevermind, found a guided installation video from last year and it looks like multiplayer isn't supported at the moment
