Several Mitre techniques were apparently identified across a minority of scanners/services for a file I downloaded. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/2259e7fa66efcaf63fdaacc1126eba3e534c71fdd4ca2f976eb114aaf3547740/behavior

Am I supposed to read this as "maybe a threat" or "positively ID'd threats"? If the latter, what is the best remediation? Windows Defender no longer sees the issue since I disabled it to run the patch.
