I know reddit likes to shadowban accts logged in over tor now, but until recently I could browse without logged in and that worked over TOR. I did it a lot to avoid commercial mass surveillance (CMS) and general data collection.

Last few months, tho, I see blank pages a ton. And even looking at pg source in tor it is empty, no HTML. But sometimes it'll work if you refresh the page over and over. You don't need a new tor circuit just refresh a lot and it'll work, but it's a pain since it takes like 10-20 tries.

What is the point of that? Is it on purpose from reddit? And if they're trying to stop even views without logging in or posting, why would they make it work one time in 10 or 20 when you refresh the page? Why wouldn't they break it completely?

Anybody kno what's up?
