If you ever thought about buying Streamfab to do some pirating, don't do it. They do not honor their refund policy

I contacted them right after the purchase because the downloader wasn't working, and they informed me that "a future version of the software would fix the issue."

When I pressed them about a date, they ghosted me

As the software failed to meet expectations, I then proceeded to ask for a refund both in the ticket(they ignored it) as well as a two brand new tickets that they closed directly

I initiated a charge back with my bank as they don't honor their refund policy.

Scammer alert!
