Date night, girlfriend wanted to watch "wicked". I browsed the theatre site, bought the tickets online myself, the usual stuff. Yesterday we go to the theatre, sit down, movie starts, movie title pops up in the screen during the first few minutes as these things usually do and, in small-ish letters on the bottom "part 1".
TL;DR: I checked the actually tickets on my phone, the emails, the movie theatre site synopsis, movie poster, etc. Nowhere does it this is a part 1 of something. Had to google it to learn I am supposed to wait 12 months (and pay another full price ticket) to watch the rest of it.
