I ordered yarn for a project on Monday night. Shipping said it would be 2-3 days, so I figured it would come Thursday because I'd ordered at about 8pm Monday. I'm going away for a couple of days on Wednesday and just assumed I wouldn't have my yarn in time to take with me.
I get an email yesterday saying it would arrive between 8:50 and 12:50 today. I got a text message this morning before 7am saying it was out for delivery and would arrive between 8:50 and 12:50. So now I'm super excited, because my yarn will arrive in time for me to take with me.
At 1pm I checked the tracking on their website. 'will arrive today, by 6pm'. And now I'm sad because it probably won't arrive in time and sods law, it'll arrive whilst the house is empty and my husband is taking me to the train station.
