Im looking to put a bunch of Anime, Movies, and TV Shows for when I'm out of town and in a low Wi-Fi area

Are there any websites that allow me to download directly from the source?

Any precautions I should take before downloading something that will give me 20 viruses?

Something so simple even a dumbass like me can understand it.

Any suggestions?
