Hello, I am here because I would like to know if anyone would be able to help me with a concern that I have.

I have currently upgraded my mobo, cpu and ram. My previous components were: Asus strix z790a Intel i7 13700k Corssir Ram 32gb at 5600

Current components are: Asus Strix x870a AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3d Gskill 32gb at 6400

My issue was with my previous components my asus strix 4090 non OC version used to run at base clock speed at 2235 mhz, after upgrading my components the same gpu is now running at clock speed boost of 2520 mhz, sometimes goes all the way to 2715 mhz. I don't remember doing anything at all other than using xmp profile from the bios. I have already check msi after burner, Nvidia geforcr, and AMD adrenalin, they all show that my gpu is running at boost speed of 2520 mhz but I don't remember doing anything with any software. The only thing that I did was no install the amd drivers for the cpu.

If anyone is able to help I will appreciate it.
