Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). 4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.

If our side wins, Elon, you will experience severe economic pain. It will be a necessary temporary hardship.

[–] CarbonIceDragon@pawb.social 3 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Not even, you could literally take 90% of Elon Musk's money and it wouldn't really hurt any more than it hurts to see one's score in a video game go down. He'd still be among the richest people on the planet.

I know, I was just pointing out how, with the wealth he has, economic hardship just doesn't really happen for him in the same way it does for everyone else

"I mean, Elon Musk joked to me, and he has, I think, many times, that he's going to go to prison if Trump loses," Carlson said.

Elon, what have you been up to?! No wonder you're so fired up for Trump to win. Does this have anything to do with all those phone calls to Putin these past couple years? The ones that started around the time the Putin invaded Ukraine and you got put on the hook to buy Twitter?

[–] SmoothLiquidation@lemmy.world 22 points 1 month ago

Just some light treason.

Don't threaten me with a good time!

If Elon and Trump go to jail in 2025-2026 I will be the happiest person in the fucking world.

If Tesla collapses and the Tesla that I own becomes worthless I won't even care. Fuck Tesla and fuck Elon and fuck anyone Elon and Trump associate with.

We need to burn them all to the ground.

Pinky promise?

[–] jordanlund@lemmy.world 28 points 1 month ago

Not seeing a downside here...

Wednesday you'll see Elon The Edgelord wearing that 'Dont Bully Me I'll Cum' shirt.

[–] SassyRamen@lemmy.world 2 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

Elon is such a troll. I want to make it clear, I am not bullying Elon, because.. well you know.

[–] vaultdweller013@sh.itjust.works 6 points 1 month ago

I am! Piss baby South African needs to fall into depression and make sweet love to a running woodchipper.

[–] midnight_puker@sh.itjust.works 27 points 1 month ago

Good news, everyone!

Warns is the wrong word. Teases maybe? Entices? Titillates?

[–] Treczoks@lemmy.world 24 points 1 month ago

I don't see any downside with that.

Oh no... won't anybody think of the poor billionares??

[–] dlove67@feddit.nl 20 points 1 month ago

"Warns" is usually used when it's a bad thing.

"Please, stop! I can only get so erect!"

[–] aramis87@fedia.io 18 points 1 month ago

A) That's false.

B) Even if it was true, I fail to see the downside.

[–] roy_mustang76@lemmy.dbzer0.com 17 points 1 month ago

As he honestly should. Dude's too high on his own supply.

[–] fluxion@lemmy.world 14 points 1 month ago

He is destroying himself. The law will continue to serve its function.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 14 points 1 month ago

Yeah, that's okay.

[–] rand_alpha19@moist.catsweat.com 11 points 1 month ago (1 children)

What's the angle here? He really thinks that a bunch of apathetic Republicans will go out and vote for Trump so that poor wittle Elon won't have to deal with the consequences of his poor business decisions? So weird. He's such a nut.

[–] givesomefucks@lemmy.world 12 points 1 month ago

Musk has repeatedly said he's going to jail if Trump loses.

Tucker is commenting on that, saying his government contracts may be in trouble. Which should be true, Biden should have already pulled his clearances.

I don't think Kamala will, but she might.

When Musk talks about going to jail tho. I think it's because he did a lot of illegal shit Trump will pardon him for

[–] _stranger_@lemmy.world 8 points 1 month ago

I'd pay to watch Kamala swath herself in a U.S. Flag and Homelander Musk straight to oblivion.

[–] Lydia_K@startrek.website 8 points 1 month ago

Kamala should have run on this platform.
