Chicken parma roll with pickle and hot sauce and a side of chips.

I made the man's with salami instead of ham

He has his with Carolina reaper paste.

Going chicken drums sticks. These ones are massive. I think one of them are bigger than my hand in a fist.

Going to pair it up with some pasta on the side as well.

Do you eat garlic? If you do, aldi make an awesome garlic dip (very very similar to toum) and what we do is rip a bit of chicken up and dip it into the garlic and eat. It's truly heaven on earth. So good.

Forgot to mention that I seasoned them as well so generally they don’t need any additional flavouring to go with it.

When I saw your chicken drumsticks last time, straight away I thought the toum would be perfect with them because they looked divine.

It's not about flavouring, more the cherry on the cake type of thing.

They do end up very juicy in the end as well if there’s of any consideration.

Toum is like the garlic sauce on kebabs but it's more fluffy. Trust me, if you love garlic you'll love this.

It's where all the dips are.

I don’t mind garlic. I have aioli sitting around.

I almost thought about ripping the meat off the sticks and putting into a sandwich with aioli.
