you want to message support within the cheogram app at [email protected] they're pretty prompt, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

or, by SMS at +1 312 796 8000 (USA) or +1 416 993 8000 (Canada).

You can't forward SMS due to how the protocol works, but calls you can forward using the "configure calls" command with the bot. Set the URI to tel:+15551234567
