MTW3 Bud not charging even though yellow light is blinking

This is my 2nd set and it has been working perfectly since I got them in November last year, however today the left bud stopped working. I checked the app and it showed the battery was dead. I have cleaned the bud and the dock and when I place the bud in the case, the yellow light starts blinking as if it is charging but it does not seem to actually charge.

I’ve read a ton of posts here about similar issues but most seem to say that if the light is blinking it should be charging. Has anyone had the same issue and resolved it?
