Are we sure he was alive when he was selected as a candidate? Reform do not exactly have the most stringent of entry requirements, and I'm not entirely sure that lack of pulse would be a disqualifier. After all most of their candidates lack functional brain and that doesn't seem to be a problem.
I'd be more likely to vote for him than any living Reform UK candidate.
