Sweet card!

I wonder if the opponent static should say rounded down instead? Too strong? This would shut down every single-token creation by opponent, 2 tokens would still make 1 but 3 would also just create 1 token. It seems fine on such a high costed card but not sure how far that is.

Yeah, most "half" effects round down but he would need to be even more expensive, I think, if he turned off almost every token maker your opponents had.

The counters Vorinclex (monstrous raider) also turns off a lot of things, and it's pretty terrible to play against when you're on a counters deck.
