Are there any apps that feature swiping between posts?

Eternity has this feature. Connect has this feature too, though it's a little buggy.

This was such a great turn off from reddit, being unable to swipe through all posts anymore.

What setting is this under? Seems like it's not enabled by default.

It is not, when you open the app in the top right there are 2 filter settings. The first filter is top/all, and the second is the card view style, of which there are about 6 or so? The "Swipe" one should be what you're looking for

Edit: sorry my mistake, it's filter, then hamburger menu and the setting is "post view"

Ah, thanks. It doesn't quite match my preferred use case of "scroll cards to oldest unread post", "tap view the post", and then "swipe to view next post", but it's nice to know that boost has a swipe feature.

There may be sorting options but it's not one that I use so unfortunately I'm not sure of anything else about it. Glad to be of some help though!

Conmect does it too.
