You know, I wonder if they are trying to sell the company? Reducing operating costs and short term revenue gains are pretty normal for companies that are looking to exit. Wouldn't expect it from them but it's starting to look like it. Microsoft maybe?

This is an extremely stupid and misleading headline. Unity posted increased revenue and reduced losses on average for Q3. They then proceeded to machine-gun their own foot right before the quarter ended.
I think it’s a safe assumption that their Q4 numbers are going to be catastrophic in a bunch of interesting ways.
Unity execs/C-suite and board did this. They will never accept responsibility. They will find ways to delegate blame to their workforce, the industry, and the national and global economy in general.
