I really shouldn't like this manga as much as I do, but somehow it's actually become the manga I most look forward to every week. Sure, it is a harem, but Yuu isn't a straight up bellend, and genuinely cares for the girls, who in turn may be rivals with one another for Yuu's affection, but remain supportive of one another. When this one finishes, I don't think we'll see another like it for a long time, if ever. And, I'll be looking forward to Hirakawa-sensei's next work, if she does start another one. 'Til then, can't wait for next chapter, and GIVE US THE ANIME!

Absolutely agree. I absolutely loathe harems but in this case (and the Amagami sisters, to be honest) it just works.

I used to like the genre, but I quickly realised they are all basically the same, albeit some (looking at you Kanokari) somehow fall through the bottom of the barrel to become an unforgettable level of terrible to the point they're a written violation of the Geneva Conventions.

I also didn't expect to like it as much, but I really ended up licking the character design (on chapter one I didn't really like the tomboyish look but after a while I got into the "coolness" of it all)

The protagonist personality and weird unpredictable shifts from goofy to a menace in expression is also endearing

The art style is for sure an acquired taste, I'll give you that much.

How does Yuu go from adorable puppy to killer rizz face in one chapter? He really is something else.

He is truly the greatest Chad among us.
