Similar question to my other question. Trying to find something where I can save and easily access and categorise my notes. Open source for Graphene would be epic. These things you take for granted until you move away from the ecosystem.

For a local device note app I will recommend Omni Notes. Its available on F-Droid. Omni Notes support tagging.

For a note app that can be synced to many cloud providers or by using Syncthing is Joplin. It also works as a local device note app too. Supports notebooks which act as categories/folders and tagging and has E2EE for sycning notes.
