Lavender or rose can be fun, rose was apparently a traditional/common flavor for a long while

Chocolate and rose jam, I can already taste it and that's delicious !

Cardamom is a pretty classic pairing

  • cocoa + cinnamon + chili (so called “Aztec chocolate”)
  • cocoa + coffee (mocha)
  • cocoa + chai masala

as a side note, if you don’t do dairy, I find soy milk pairs better than most of the other non-dairy-milks

When I first got into weed, there used to be this really nice, toasty cinammon tasting hashish, that came in solid stone like blocks and had to be heat up with a lighter to crumble it. Fuck knows if you can still find this stuff anywhere, but I bet it would impart some really good flavours into chocolate.

I've had some delicious rose chocolate before. Tho that might have been an extract vs. dried herbs. Worth a try imo
