This may be controversial but I really hope that after the main story concludes - Luffy finds the One Piece, World Government taken down, all the crew achieve their dreams - the manga ends. Now I love One Piece and I can't wait to keep reading it for years to come, but hear me out; I feel like there's no franchise in the modern day that can ever be put to rest after it ends, there always has to be some kind of unneeded sequel or reboot to continue making money. A good example of this is Naruto. Oda is getting old and won't be able to write the series forever, and will likely retire after the manga concludes, so any further continuation would be someone else's vision. I just don't want there to be endless spin-offs and sequels, like "One Piece: The New Generation" or something. I'd love a complete, circular narrative with most storylines wrapped up and questions answered. Maybe some new stories about the Straw Hats after the ending, and room for some mysteries still, but yeah, it'd be refreshing to get something that has finality. The series would be so much more meaningful that way, and wouldn't become stale or bloated. What do you all think?

In Warhammer 40,000, there's a psychic realm that is filled with the dreams and emotions of all living creatures in the regular universe. What if One piece is the same way? There is a realm of "dreams" and emotions overlaid on top of the one piece world. Following this, you can explain every single mystery in the series.

• The reason the 5 elders can teleport and summon each other is because they travel through the warp. The reason they can't be killed or hurt is because they are purely warp based entities.
• Just like in 40k, desires and beliefs can become so strong they manifest in the real world, hence the devil fruits. In the latest OP episode 1110, Vegapunk straight up says "these power users live in a different reality entirely".
• MACHINE SPIRITS. THE VOICE OF ALL THINGS. This also explains the voice of all things. The strawhats love the going merry so much they essentially created it as an entity in the warp(machine spirits), which is what speaks to them and thanks them for their adventures.
• This also explains why Roger knew he was "too soon". In 40k, the warp is a realm outside of time. It allows people to see the future, and the past.
• RAFTEL. He probably saw his dreams represented in the warp (probably a big ass dining table big enough to seat the entire world), but he couldn't bring the world to it or bring it to the world due to the oppressive World Government. So he was too soon. But he did see this beautiful realm of ideas made manifest, and he laughed.
• The one piece is probably just a portal to the warp, where ideas and dreams are made manifest. It connects the dimensions of "idea" and reality into a single world, into one piece.
• It also explains why Zoan's can become possessed by their fruits, if Zoans are the powers of warp entities (mythological gods), it makes sense that some of them are so strong they can overpower regular people. In 40k, there are daemons and warp entities that can possess people the same way. Weaker warp entities would just lend their powers (logia and paramecias).
