If they seriously tried to make WW2 a mass-media franchise thing, I'd fully expect some kind of awful clean wehrmacht series before they made anything about the Soviets.

There's finally going to be a movie about the Battle of Castle Itter but they'll rewrite the SS to be Soviets.
