Creepy is an understatement.

This game is Lona RPG, which if you're in the anime community you eventually come across. It's an ero game made by Taiwanese separatists.

In it the player takes on the role of an obviously underaged little girl in an absolutely brutal fantasy world where literally everything wants to sexually assault you. Very graphically. Orcs, dogs, monsters, fishmen, humans, everything. All is depicted in the absolute maximum brutality ways it can be.

It also includes antisemitic imagery, such as the happy merchant:

Fuck everything about this game. Fuck Itch.io for continuing to host it and give its developers significant quantities of money. I've been trying to get them to take it down for literal YEARS.

They know what the contents of it are, they do not care.
