Why go home and immediately take a shower? I go to places that wash my hair after my cut so I don't have to go home and shower.
In my experience, no matter how careful anyone is, I now have sharp, freshly-cut hair bits under my shirt. Unless I take my shirt off and wipe my body with a towel, no amount of post-cut washing of my head is going to solve the problem.
What kind of barbers do you go to? I have been going to a barber for 23 years and not once in my life did I have this problem
Do you get your hair buzzed? The only place those back of neck small hairs can go is down.
Does your barber not use tape around your neck?

Yeah but I’ve never been to a barber that didn’t remove it to get access to your neck at the end.
My hairdresser uses the buzzer for my haircuts, yeah.
Listen buddy I'm going to level with you. All of us that go home and shower had probably one bad experience as a kid and have vowed to never EVER let that happen again. Waterboarding has nothing on itchy, cut hair.
Honestly, fair
