Fantastic shots all around, always a pleasure seeing your work. :)
Welcome! I appointed you as administrator. Thank you; I thought I would start posting in some of the communities so they weren't totally empty. Ironically, our NCL Meta community has been the biggest hit, but vaporwaveart is a somewhat close second.
With everything going on lately and multiple subreddits remaining private/NSFW, it's expected that users will be focused on meta and the future of their communities... Why not post about NCL on r/vwart?
Oh, and one other thing: if you wanted to make any communities here yourself, feel free to do so. Moderators of individual communities are free to create rules more restrictive than our instance-wide rules, and can moderate however they wish.
That's very good, thank you.
I can; I already added it to the sidebar on new and old Reddit. To be honest, it's the most rando-img-board thing to see porn (not really my thing in any quantity) mixed in with some of the regular content. Par for the course, I suppose you could say. I think I'll probably stick to the more established vaporware art places, including here, if things pick up. r/vaporwaveaesthetics is still offline in protest, so we could probably get ahead if we made a more noticeable post. I've been fighting a wave of bot account spam here recently, so I'm currently on closed registration until the new update with captcha support is pushed to the Ansible repo. People can still sign up for new accounts, but you/I will have to manually approve people. That's what the clipboard icon is in the top-right.
Yeah I figured lol, that's just how IBs are 🤷 thought you'd reply as a PM though...
Definitely make that post, try r/vwart first then crosspost on other subs you think are interesting.
I don't mind manually approving users but keep in mind that I'm currently not on my PC every day, real life has been taking over lately.
Oh, I must've clicked the wrong thread 🤦. I'm going to keep approving people, but it's been fairly slow anyway. The only time we ever got anywhere quick was when the bot spam hit. We're still probably harboring a hundred or those accounts are so, but since they're indistinguishable from inactive users, I can't really do anything unless they misbehave. I had to manually query the DB to get rid of well over 2500 of those accounts.
