I am the owner of a gaming company, and have been trying to get some help, but can't seem to find the right answer. I would suggest taking the time, and maybe just making sure the answers you give are good enough. I also like being able to say "No, we will never have any fun with you", but maybe that's too much to ask. I've had the thought that I could get my work from people that are doing something like that, but at the same time I'm just not sure how to do it. Maybe it's due to my job, or something in the nature of my job, or something in their nature, but I don't know - that would be nice, but just a little bit of advice.
The best advice would be to make sure no one is in it to make the game. Not sure if that's what you want to do, but there's no excuse not to let everyone know that it's okay. If you're really good, be sure you know where everyone is.
