Depending on how much that subwoofer "slaps" it might not be the greatest idea to have it sitting on top of your PC, I can't see the vibration transfer being ideal for your PC.
It's been there for 4-5 years, I changed new pc case. All are working fine
Did you change cases because the previous one was shaken to pieces? :P
