@voxel @GrapheneOS brilliant. Honestly, the only thing I found slightly irritating is what happens if you try to bulk install apps. Do you want to install app number one? Do you want to install app number two? Do you want to install app number three? I understand why it’s doing it, but I was trying to install 100 and something apps the other day and almost ripped out my hair.
@[email protected] @[email protected] We use the standard install dialog in our own App Store to avoid mistakes with installing apps and because we can extend it with stuff like our Network toggle for apps requesting internet access.
For the Play Store, it's because it's running as a sandboxed app so our compatibility layer has to force it to do things in the standard way which requires confirmation for each app install. It can do fully automatic updates without confirmation for apps it installed/updated.
