Using sound, so less like the Force from Star Wars and more like The Voice in Dune.
So… they agitate material using sound to increase the volume of chemicals to smell?

Ok now someone has to make a skyrim mod where the rats have a 2% chance of doing the fus ro dah attack at you, but it uses the sound clip from the 80's Dune movie of Paul using the amplifier.
Dammit, now I want that and every time a Draugr gets out of a crypt, it plays "FATHER! THE SLEEPER HAS AWOKEN!"
I wouldn't be surprised if that was already a thing.
