Here’s what we are reading today:

#China has moved from giving chips to directly aiding the #Russian war machine with components for military manufacturing.

In exchange, #Russia has started giving China some of its secret submarine, missile and stealth technologies, Politico reports.

International Monetary Fund to give #Ukraine $1.1 billion loan, Reuters reports.

#Kyiv is currently spending about 60 percent of its budget on the military, relying heavily on international partners to pay government employees and other social spending programs.
