Likewise if you're a smoker - you should go directly to jail.
smokers are also victims of the addiction, so I don't think it tracks with the trolley example

if you're making people inhale smoke that was just in your own lungs - you're being a cunt
If you're inflicting your addiction on others - you're being a cunt
Maybe you can't choose to stop (you can) - but you can modify your actions.
I don't consider smokers victims, just people that made shitty choices and then wake up and keep doing nothing but staying shitty.
