We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.

Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.
A polite request, not a rule, if you feel the need to report a comment, please don't reply to it.

I can't even imagine the mental gymnastics required to justify protecting illegals by releasing a child molester back into their community.
You don't have to imagine. Just ask a question: why would a court release someone with an immigration detainer on them?
Now, if you're so inclined, you can research that answer. No imagination required!
Because they dont want him deported? They want more pedophiles in America? They want to normalize pedophilia?
Absolutely wild worldview where you think that the courts actively want to encourage pedophilia. There's absolutely zero evidence for that, but don't let reality get in the way of you being furious about everything all the time.
The courts decision was that molesting children was less of a threat to society than deporting an illegal is.
