Rationale

I've moved this for much the same reasons as !ukdtt - the bot posting needs to be on the home instance for federation to work reliably.

I've created this as a companion to my @[email protected] bot, which posts changes to any DAB networks within range - it will create a thread when changes are observed (tends to be at midnight).
