could anyone of you please send me an .ipa of an earlier release ? I guess, 2.8.0 or down would be fine

I've tried every UDP port with the Wireguard protocol and have used the fastest server option in single-hop, but i'm still only achieving 1Mbit/s up speed when using bredbandskollen.se which is basically the swedish version of speedtest.net. Down speed is fantastic with a constant 90 Mbit/s in single-hop and 30-50Mbit/s in multi-hop using Schweiz and Sweden servers

Ever since I started using IVPN together with NextDNS i've never gotten a correct result from dnsleaktest.com. Today i've only gotten an IP server with the hostname ns1.c-utile.fr. from M247 Europe SRL based in UK by pressing the extended test which definitely isn't the correct one since i'm connected to a swedish server

I'm aware that new ports are no longer allowed port forwarding, but I've had my port reserved long before the cancellation and before the termination altogether at the end of September.

I'm barely able to upload anything on torrents.

I used the website, https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/, to check.

On one particular site, instead of uploading 15+ GB in one day, I barely uploaded 1+ GB.

I logged in to the IVPN site, and the port is still reserved.

Anyone know why when I use a custom DNS while connected to a VPN using IVPN I don’t receive any notifications and my messages don’t send? It’s only when I use a custom DNS. If I use the default IVPN DNS with anti-tracker or whatever everything works perfectly fine and I receive notifications. This has been happening to me for almost a year and still no fixes after various IOS updates and IVPN updates. For example, when I try to change the dns to Quad9 or NextDNS this occurs. Anyone know a fix or why this happens?

Hi there.

I'm trying to use iVPN on my omv server and everything is fine, except that if I turn on firewall I cannot access portainer (port 9000) and qbittorent (port 8080). Other services from docker such as plex (port 32400) doesn't look to be affected at all.

I've set "Allow LAN" setting to 'on' and it gave me access to all my local stuff: omv Workbench, Wetty and Plex as I said before

Any idea what may be the cause?

Hi, new guy here and former protonvpn user. In proton you could see the capacity of the servers and the one with lowest capacity was usually the one you would pick. But in IVPN the servers are labeled in milliseconds which i’m guessing means latency, but if you activate the setting to see the individual servers you’ll see a percentage beside the server which i’m guessing means the server’s current capacity. Which one of these should I focus on for best speeds?

Edit: I’m aware about the option to pick the fastest server in single hop, I’m more talking about multi-hop

Post-quantum resistant WireGuard connections are now available for testing in the IVPN Beta desktop apps. To get started download Beta Version 3.11.5 for macOS/Linux/Windows from GitHub:

Hello. I'm a new iVPN customer, and I'm happy with the US servers, but the Brazil one is terrible—only one server and always operating at 100%.

I don't need bandwidth, but low latency.

I'm in Ohio, and, using iVPN-NJ, I can connect to the Sao Paulo server with 150MS, which is okay. Using iVPN-Brazil (Franca), I connect to the same São Paulo server with 270-350MS - I expect 130MS, like other options.

I already got the "+1" message from support. Still, I appreciate knowing if there is a real intention to expand Brazil's capacity anytime soon as I enjoyed the iVPN app and support much - my other go-to options are Mullvad and Proton.

is IVPN blocked in Russia, or is it still working?

My relative lives there and Mullvad got blocked, so I am searching for an alternative provider.

If IVPN does not work, is there some other provider?

Thank you guys for adding a server in Greece , as I have requested not so long ago . I'm happy that you take user's feedback seriously and I think that this addition will help all servers to reduce overloading, since the local area users will use this server instead.
