Somebody reported to me last night that the builder no longer shown the Spurn 3 if the "Best skills" filter was on (by default it is and basically intends to filter out tier 1 and 2) skills.

I determine which skills are allowed to show under the filter by reading the datamined assets and setting a "max" property for them. This property is added if the specific skill doesn't reference another skill as "passive_next" which basically means there's another tier above it.

On the past update the game made a single line modification to the file 191201_alf.json which contains game data of skills released during 2020.

In particular the affected one is the entry for Spurn 3 (named internally as "SID_回避・怒り3") and whose value of "passive_next" was modified from "null" to "SID_回避・怒り4".
