Hey I've been trying to install an app from Appdoze, and this part confused me, what does it means?

"Run Adobe exe firewall block windows file from Patch folder as Admin then after that add the ip's in the hosts file (From Block Hosts.txt file to actual hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts))."

I tried to copy the IP from Block Hosts.txt to the hosts in System 32 but it wont let me save it, what should I do?

Yes i checked FMHY, the thing is every movie keeps loading for 20 seconds after 5 seconds of movie. My internet speed is around 480 Mbps.

I'm trying to download a specific plugin for my software, but my windows defender triggers every time the torrent finishes downloading the Keygen. Have I stumbled upon malicious files (I recall torrenting a program with a keygen that did not get quarantined by defender) or is the antivirus "too cautious"? Is there any way to know if they are safe anyway?

Hello all. I am trying to pull up my hard drive on my laptop to store some of the programs on my computer to a external hard drive. When I plug in the hard drive it makes a sound like I plugged something in, it also comes up a safe ejection in the bottom right. See pictures but nothing comes up on this PC. Can someone help me on why its not showing up?

hello! it's christmas and depression hits hard so i was wondering, what are some fun but hard things to pirated, to keep the mind busy? i usually download 18+ video games and videogame consoles, but going into f95 and hitting download isn't exactly what i would describe as hard, and i already hacked all the videogame consoles i have and update the hacks to the most recent versions in the cases where it do something.

Using VLC on AndroidTV to stream downloaded movies from a PC share. Even after editing the filename to remove extraneous naming "10bit, bluray, x265, etc", all of that still appears when browsing from VLC. Some of them don't even display the file name, just says "Encoded by mkvCinemas" or such. They play fine.

I launched the movie in VLC on the PC and went to Tools>Media Information. I edited the metadata in there, changed the "Encoded by mkvCinemas" to the film name (Rear Window in this example) and saved. However, going back into VLC on the TV and browsing the share, the file still says "Encoded by mkvCinemas". Cleared the VLC cache on the TV to see if that was it, but still won't display file name.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or how to get just the file name to appear?

I am curious about this, as I keep getting unarc.dll errors when running fitgirl installers under wine. I was wondering if it would just be easier to use a .tar.zst file, as zstd has some good ratios. I wonder what compression is commonly used, and if zstd would be any better or worse?

Ive never really pirated anything but i came across a video earlier that explain how if you really wanna be secured, youd buy a used laptop from some office space + a vpn, and then use that to download you media. Is that overkill though? Would i be fine with my macbook and a vpn? Assuming id need a vpn at minimum.

If i were to snag a used laptop, would transferring said media from there to an external hard drive be “at risk” of anything? Am i overthinking?

Right now I get movies and shows for the wife using the qbittorrent search function, so she has to tell me what she wants and then I DL it when I can.

Is there something I can set up so that she can browse media from the tv and it will ask qbittorrent to download it?

I recently discovered that I can watch live TV on Jellyfin, which has led me into a new and exciting rabbithole. Currently, I’m using DaddyLive integrated through Cabernet to stream live content. However, I’m exploring alternatives that might offer a better experience. My primary interest is in watching live sports, including football, basketball, golf, Formula 1, and, cricket, etc...

Could you guys recommend any better options?
