I need some help. I have had my Anycubic Vyper for 3 Years now. I just noticed about a week ago that the "guide rail" of the x axis is starting to chip away!? Has anyone had this before? What can I do about this? I have noticed some patterns in the walls of my prints. I assume this might be because of this?

I was planning to take a 3d printer and searched online but not sure which are good brands which are available in India. Please suggest some.

Thank you.

I created some 3D Models that I posted on Printables and Creality Cloud. I put a white paper behind my model. My phone has a decent camera so I made the pictures with it. I also used a circular selfie lamp to light the model. The pictures on the phone looked decent, now when I uploaded them, they seem darker and blurry. Is there a guide or some kind of good practice for making these photos? The photos are providing the first impression of the design, so I think they should look nice to catch the peoples eyes.

PS: I don't have a professional camera, or a camera at all. I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 phone with a 48px camera.

I didn't want to put the link to my models, because I'm not here to self-promote.

I got myself a qidi plus 4 and it was printing fine. The last few days though it's been failing on the first layer. Not sticking. Ran the calibration and the map looks like the north side of Everest.

My issue is that I have physical issues with my hands and can't adjust it manually.cit also doesn't help that I'm not that smart.

Is there anyone in the Lancashire UK area that would like to earn some cash and level the bed for me.

I have an old Sidewinder X1 V4 that I’m practically not using ever because of my newer and better performing printers. It’s been heavily modified (new board with a version of Marlin from years ago, cloned bmg extruder, and other stuff) so I’m not quite comfortable donating it to a local high school or a friend new to 3D printing cuz of my sketchy work on it (non matching connectors being sorta plugged in bc some guide said to since the pitch was the same). Unfortunately, it seems like some of the X1 mods I used to have saved on Thingiverse were deleted too. Due to it’s unconventional use of 2040 extrusion for the x-axis and ribbon cables, it seems like there’d be quite a bit of work if I wanted to convert it into a recreator to recycle pet bottles. Should I just look to recycle it?
