I find kodi quite convenient on my tv. web based or app based streaming doesn't work well for android/google tv due to poor performance, clumsy controls and torturous ads/popups/ redirects. Websites also tend to get blocked by my ISP/gov. It should have all mainstream movies and shows, fast and some adult videos sources will also be appreciated (asking for a friend ofc).

Original Title: So I downloaded the apk for muse dash today but the bar at the top is hiding part of the menu. Does someone know how to remove it? The previous version didn't had it, only the newest one (at it asked me to update)

Zipcomic spoiled me. No ads, massive selection for browser-based comics content, but it's gone dark since like, October.

Any alternatives? I know about the usual suspects, readallcomics, getcomics, readcomiconline, but are there any other browser-based, reliable sites with low probability for malware?

I need a fast loading website, because my internet isn't the greatest to put it lightly. Megacloud worked perfectly but it shows error 404 now (hopefully not permanently)

Currently the website has some snow particles since it's winter and all and i've noticed that my computer's fans were running too fast even though i had barel any tabs open. Now i open Task Manager and i see that firefox was using 100% of my GPU and i've investigated the "why" and and thankfully they aren't mining with my GPU and it's just the particles that were at fault for it due to the not so great coding.

HOW TO FIX THIS?

Download the uBlock Origin extension if you aren't using it already and add this line in your filter list:

animepahe.ru##section#snow

Now your computer will run cool again while watching your favorite anime again. Happy holidays to the animepahe team and you guys :)

Most of my users aren’t super technical, so I’m looking for something easy to use. I tried Jellyfin, and it’s pretty solid, but I’ve heard Plex has better features and a nicer UI, especially if you get the lifetime premium, which I’m thinking about. I saw an older LTT video talking about Plex having glitches, but that might be outdated. I also read something about Plex banning people for playing day 0 releases—no idea if that’s true. Anyone know more about this?

I haven't seen much being talking about on the side of jellyfin, but I haven't really tried it in dept, only tested a show before stopping it.

Then there is emby, which I haven't seen much talk about

I wanted to watch some Marvel's "What if...?" today, but whenver I try to open up the app on my chromecast all I get is "OnStream couldn't load.".

Is it...over? Did they finally get this service? It's been so amazing, like a free Netflix app on the TV that made it so much easier to stream movies. I hope this is just a temporary power outage or something...

Hello, I'm in Canada and we're not allowed to watch Hulu here. I usually get an American gift card and it allows me watch Hulu. My router used to allow it and I would get american content but express VPN doesn't work with it anymore.

I just got a NetGear AC1750 Smart Wifi Router, do you know if it'll work with express VPN? Or is there an easier way to do all this?

I'm not as advanced as everyone on this group chat so anything would be helpful.

More of a vent than anything but I was watching one that I managed to find with original audio and got to the last episode and it crashed when I refreshed it was suddenly in English dub rather than original audio. Checked a bunch of other sites they're all English dub too. very sad day for me. thanks for letting me vent

Do blueray players play burned DVDs? I wanted to get a blueray player rather than DVDs player so that I can use it for both. If so why are some good ones to get?

EDIT: [answered, no longer in need of advice]

I’ve checked the monthly updated soap2dayinfo and all the sites listed as of November 2024 are unusable. I’m aware of torrenting, unfortunately my university doesn’t allow VPNs, but doesn’t mind if we stream illegally as long as we don’t download anything. I’m looking for streaming sites that work in a similar fashion that host both movies and TV.

Please let me know if this question has already been answered elsewhere so I can take this down if needed.
