I want to download a pirate version of Lossless scaling (I bought one version but I wanted another one for another person without payment) in the process I found multiple .exe's that got more than one alarm, but this one only has these.

EDIT: The .exe is the only one with the alarm, any other file hasn't any, and the size of the file match with the original (bought) one

I started pirating when I was a teenager and ended up leeching quite a bit because I fundamentally did not understand how P2P file sharing worked. I just didn't see how it was different from downloading anything else off the internet. I changed my ways once I realized my actions were negatively impacting others, and these days I consider myself to be a pretty generous seeder. My point is, when someone leeches off me, I choose to believe they are ignorant to how the system works or have a limited data cap, or whatever else it may be. I don't want to automatically assume that everybody who leeches off me is a horrible person. That seems like a pretty shitty way to view the world.

However, it is absolutely INFURIATING when my ratio is higher than the total seeds. The latest hollywood blockbusters? Go ahead, leech away bro, see if I care. Terrifier 3 has like a zillion seeds. I genuinely hope you enjoy the movie. But why the FUCK do people leech extremely rare and obscure high art films? The Girlfriend Experience (2009) and the uncut version of Kite (1998) that was PAINSTAKINGLY spliced together have less than 10 seeds. And yet people still. keep. leeching. Why? Do these people not understand how valuable the thing they're downloading is? Do they just not care? Did they pop out of the womb already assholes, or did the world make them this way?

And yes, I use private trackers. They're great, I love them to death. But I still prefer using public trackers unless they just straight up don't have the piece I'm looking for. It feels like the less seeds a torrent has, and the more valuable the film is, the more likely people are to leech. Maybe that's not the case at all, but it definitely feels that way. Karma doesn't exist. There is no justice in this world.

So, since i used modded spotify i wasn't able to connect shazam to spotify app sp that any shazam i do is automatically added the the shazam playlist

I see everyone recommending xmanager, but for some reason on my side it shows 0kb download speed and tskes forever to download the apk from the app that it usually end with something accidentally happening like me moving away from the internet, the app being killed in the background, or just the download not started (doesn't happen when i turn off ads, so I can't support the creators and download the app at the same time for some reason)

I have been using apkmody spotify mod, but the issue iam having is that when i want to connect shazam to spotify it infinitely loads (tried with the oem app from play store, works fine), so is there a modded version that supports this?

To me subtitles do add some sweetness to the movies I watch, I like them to be as close as if they were in theaters. So if a movie is ripped from a Blu-ray, shouldn't the subtitles be the same across all releases?

In Spider-Man Across the Spider Verse, remux release by t1tan has some stretched and wide subs than I remember from theater, I downloaded ROEN [TGx]'s release, and subtitles were smaller and the right size from what I remember, I even checked Tigole [QxR]'s release, and they do match ROEN's.

Why are t1tan's subs different, and are there any groups that keep original PGS subtitles?

Theres a show I've finally been itching to watch and I found out that I can watch it with English subs (there's no official English subs translation) for it via Stremio and Torrentio. I've already seen that many people reccomend to use Real Debrid alongside the two aforementioned, but in light of Real Debrid's latest controversy(?, I don't understand it too much myself but it seems like people trust the service much less now), what should I do? Is it better not to use Real Debrid and is it okay to just use Stremio+Torrentio?

(DW I know to buy a VPN before I start watching with Stremio but idk how to connect that with Stremio exactly, live in US)

(If anyone wanted to know, the show i wanted to watch is the live action Golden Kamuy TV show by WOWOW and it's only a Japanese aired show so far, but the live action movie does have english subs)

I've come to believe that you can't rely on one sole service or company for anything and that includes piracy. It's always a bad idea, if you want to pay for convenience that's fine real debrid was convenient, but you should have other options to access your content. Real debrid even has a near parasocial fan base that defends their every move and that's one of the big don'ts but people usually have to learn the hard way. It's always better to KEEP your money, if you're going to be a paying customer at least be wise about it. These guys are there for money and you are there for a service that's all there is to it. Always look elsewhere for better options and if that service fails move on because all of them fail sooner or later.

Given the nature of this subreddit, let's be honest—most of us use some questionable sources like MacBed or AppKed to grab apps.

• Do you rely on antivirus software to stay safe, or do you trust your common sense and sandboxing?
• If you do use antivirus, what are the best options that work well with macOS (especially on M1/M2 chips)?
• Have you had any bad experiences (malware, keyloggers, etc.) when grabbing apps from these sources?

Say I'm in a private tracker site that has niche content (foreign movies, old cartoons, etc) and I have content that matches but isn't on there.

I know with games, the repackers (usually) give credit to the person who cracked it. I have no idea who originally ripped some of this content. I'm not sure who to credit, but I'd like to keep some of the stuff alive and available for others.

Hey guys, it's been awhile but GLD finally got a major update.

• We've implemented achievements with sound + pop up notification on completion, both of which you can customize. (all completely free with & you don't need to use your steam API key)

• Achievements are now also shown on user profiles

• We've added TorBox support (great alternative to RD)

• You can now add a game to your library and if you don't specify the .exe path, you will instead get the option to install it (which will take you to the game from the search tab)

**Note:** In order for the pop-up notification to work, you need to run GLD as admin & play on either windowed or borderless fullscreen mode!

**Achievement support works for:** 3dm, codex, rune, onlinefix, goldberg (steam only), skidrow, creamapi, empress (steam only), razor 1911 (steam only), and smartsteamemu. Pretty much the only source achievements don't work for is gog-games as they don't output achievements.
